Conditioning Wall
Designed to enhance strength, mobility, and stability—crucial for optimizing swing mechanics and preventing injuries. Supports golf-specific strength training, flexibility work, and swing drills.
Paired with golf screening by a Certified TPI Trainer, golfers receive a personalized assessment to identify physical limitations which will reduce injury risk, and enhance swing efficiency. This data-driven approach integrates fitness and technique, allowing golfers to achieve greater power, precision, and consistency in their game.
